These Terms are drawn up in Azerbaijani, Russian and English. In the event of any discrepancy, contradiction or inconsistency between the versions, the Azerbaijani version shall prevail.

Alkospekt is not a seller; it is an intermediary. The store (seller) sells the product in its own name, the store issues the receipt, and the store is responsible for product quality and returns. Alkospekt passes the order to the seller, accepts the value of the goods in the seller's name and on the seller's behalf, transfers it to the seller, and arranges delivery.

1. The Platform and the parties

Alkospekt is an online platform operated by “MAMMADLI GROUP” LLC. The sale contract is concluded between the customer and the seller store. Alkospekt provides the platform and delivery arrangement services.

2. Age limit — 18+

Only persons who have reached the age of 18 may use the Platform.
When age-restricted products are handed over, the seller or courier may request an identity document.
If age is not confirmed, the order is not handed over; in this case the order is cancelled.

3. Orders and prices

The seller store sets the price and availability of products; prices include taxes.
The final order total is: the price of the products + the delivery fee (for delivery orders) + the Alkospekt service fee (for online payment). The delivery and service fees include VAT; each amount is shown on a separate line before the order is confirmed.
If a price changes before you confirm the order, the order is not created automatically: the new price is shown to you, and you decide whether to continue.
Once the order is confirmed, the price does not change for you — you pay the amount shown in the order.
If stock runs out, the order is not accepted or is cancelled.

4. Payment

Alkospekt (“MAMMADLI GROUP” LLC) accepts payment for the value of the goods in the seller's name and on the seller's behalf and transfers it to the seller; this amount is not Alkospekt's income. The delivery and service fees are charges for Alkospekt's own services.
Online payment is processed by a payment institution operating under a Central Bank licence; card details are not stored at Alkospekt.
Delivery orders are always paid online in advance.
Pickup orders may be paid for at the store (if the store offers this option).

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by a courier service. The delivery fee is shown before the order is placed. If the address is incorrect or inaccessible, or nobody is there to receive the order, the order may be returned.

6. Right of withdrawal, cancellation and returns

You may withdraw within 7 working days from the day the order is confirmed. Goods with opened packaging are not taken back. Tell us you are withdrawing using the “Report a problem” button or via WhatsApp. The value of the goods is refunded to the card used for payment within 7 days; how long it takes to appear on the card depends on the bank. The delivery and service fees are for services already provided and are not refunded. You may bring the goods to the store yourself; if they are sent by courier, the cost is deducted from the refund. If the goods arrived because of the seller's error, the full amount is refunded.

Until the store has prepared the order (and, for delivery, until a courier has been assigned), the order can be cancelled directly in the app; in this case the blocked amount is released immediately.
Seller information (official name, legal form, address, TIN (VÖEN), alcoholic beverage sales licence, complaints address) is shown on each store's page, in the “Cancellation and returns policy” window at the payment step, and in the details of each order.
The seller gives no separate warranty. Report any non-conformity without delay after handover.

7. User obligations

To provide a correct name, phone number and address;
Not to give the account to anyone else;
Not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including not placing an order for a person under 18.

8. Liability

Liability for the quality, composition and documentation of the product, as well as for withdrawal and returns, rests with the seller store. Alkospekt is responsible for the operation of the platform and the arrangement of the order.
